I had a little bit of moss starting on my roof so I gave Efficient Roofing a call and they were out there the next day. Quick estimate and were out there the day after I accepted the estimate. I have a separate building that was really mossy. Wasn't too worried about it as I am going to replace it in the near future. To my surprise they cleaned that off as well.The price was already great. With the first major rain of the season I discovered water dripping through the bathroom fan. I called Efficient Roofing and they came over the same day I called, and were able to fix it the next day. They also did a moss cleanup and fixed one of my gutters. Everything looks great and we've had a bit of rain since the fix and so far so good!

Can’t find anything bad to say about these guys. Got other quotes and their quote was significantly better and they did more than what they were obligated to do. They cleaned up their mess very well even used a magnet to make sure and get all the screws. These guys are my roofers from now on.
